The bar only.  You must purchase the E Fit hard handle with attached tubing to insert into to end caps.  Quick adjust your resistance by rolling the bar, wrapping the tubing around bar to make the resistance harder.   Activate your long, lean muscles.    The E Fit Pilates Bar works with the Club E Fit platform only.  The 32" bar has a quick release center for easy travel and storage.
